The West Overton double spiral - or actually not
found June 23, 2002

Here is what you get when you trace the semi-circles to make two spirals. And here we see how it fits on the photo, colours changed to make it clearer:

One spiral looks like this:

And the final pattern like this:

The thickness of the path might not be absolutely correct. At least so far I haven't botherd to check if it has any relevance in terms of the geometry.

So no true spirals yet. Have to take a look at the German spiral formations next...
